Thank you to the St. Paul Lutheran Church Constitution & By-Laws Review Committee for their hard work in reviewing our By-Laws. The proposed new Constitution & By-Laws booklet, which includes the changes that were adopted at the Congregational Assembly meeting on January 28, 2015, were submitted to the Constitution Committee; Rev. Evan Schiller (Chairman), 1105 7th Avenue SW, Pipestone, MN 56164. They met on April 17, 2015. This committee reviewed the documents submitted and made a recommendation to the Board of Directors to approve the documents. The Board of Directors has notified us of its approval, and the congregation is now operating under the revised constitution and/or bylaws.
